You’ll receive a PDF at class time that will outline the discussion and contain a variety of exercises and examples of how to practice the concepts.
The class will take place via Zoom and will run approximately 90 minutes. When you purchase this ticket, you’ll receive a downloadable invite with the zoom link, plus a reminder email the week of.
Once the live class has concluded, all ticket purchasers will receive a link to the zoom recording to re-watch the class or view it at your leisure.
If you can’t show up in real time, don’t fret! A ticket will gain you access to the recording and all materials.
